About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MEAN Stack Architect to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our web applications and infrastructure across various cloud platforms, ensuring they are performant, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to ensure our applications meet the needs of our users and business objectives. Mandatory Skills • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming. • Extensive experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. • Angular (version 16 and above) hands-on experience is a must. • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Experience playing Team Lead and Architect Roles on Agile Teams. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Familiarity in DB languages like SQL Server/ Oracle • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Proven experience in software architecture and design patterns. • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Ability to work together with Agile teams and take ownership of complex projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with minimum assistance to devise effective and efficient solutions for the client. • Effective at Client stakeholder communication. Desired Skills • Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage. • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform. • Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Education • Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Job Description as MEAN stack Architect You will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best architecting standards. Your key responsibilities include: • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures across various Cloud Platforms. • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications using the MEAN stack. • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. • Stay on top of Team Deliverables. Should be able to deliver stories\tasks assigned to self as well as coordinate and ensure successful completion Sprint for assigned Agile team. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to understand business needs and translate them into technically sound solutions. • Evaluate and select appropriate cloud technologies and services based on specific requirements, considering factors like performance, cost, and integration. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. • Implement robust security measures to protect our cloud environment and data, adhering to best practices and compliance regulations. • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency. • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in MEAN, cloud technologies, and multi-cloud strategies. • Share knowledge and mentor other team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. • Collaborate with developers on code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. • Understand the Sprint requirements and participate in sprint planning. • Follow all the SCRUM rituals and deliver the planned activities.
